For more than 28 years, Jose Pepper’s has been serving its unique blend of Mexican and American foods. From our original location at 103^rd & Metcalf in Overland Park, we’ve grown to a total of 14 locations in the Kansas City, Lee’s Summit and Belton, Missouri, area, as well as Wichita, Topeka, Overland Park, Shawnee, Olathe and Mission, Kansas.

We use fresh, high-quality ingredients to create an appealing presentation that will make your mouth water. And the flavors? Unbelievable! People come back again and again for the one-of-a-kind taste of our signature Pollo Magnifico, a baked crispy chicken burrito that’s covered with a blanket of Colby Jack and jalapeno cream cheese.
